Kevin Pezeshkian

Kevin brings a unique blend of healthcare, business, and leadership experience to OMIRA. He earned his degree in Genomics and Molecular Genetics from Michigan State University, giving him a strong scientific foundation and an analytical approach to making thoughtful, data-driven decisions.

Before founding OMIRA, Kevin served as an executive at Theoria Medical, where he led the growth and day-to-day management of a value-based, technology-enabled medical group delivering care across the senior care continuum nationwide. Through that experience, he developed a deep understanding of healthcare, team leadership, and building systems that improve both the patient experience and the quality of care.

At OMIRA, Kevin is focused on creating a practice where exceptional patient care is supported by thoughtful systems, innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement. His vision is to help build a modern dental organization that makes high-quality, comprehensive dentistry more accessible while delivering an outstanding experience for every patient.
